These three elements really don't work too well together. The text doesn't belong with the lion or the wreath, the lion (while I thin it's overall nicely done) doesn't really belong in the middle of a formal element like a wreath...feels very disconnected to me.
A suggestion, and I don't think it will be easy to pull off, but totally possible.. I would take the lion element in the center and try to work it's mane in to form a suggested wreath shape without hitting someone over the head with "hey, it's a wreath!" Super subtle but if done right it would be killer. I wouldn't use a script font on this sort of a design, needs something with more heft, not so refined.
Actually I just added those wreath and script font with the lion, the lion really took me days to finish it. Anyway thank you for your suggestions, Well actually for my logo I really did removed the wreath and script font and leave the lion face as it is and put some bold lettering at the bottom part and my friends more liked it and made some stickers, thank you for the suggestions Matt!
