the drawing itself is very very poorly executed. women are soft and curvy and your linework is very clunky and inconsistent. you need to focus on refining your craft before spending money on printing shirts, look at how your favorite artists draw womens bodies and see what you can learn.
i cant speak on the concept because i dont understand it either but nail in those drawing skills and you wont need to explain the concept.
