its cthulhu...hes supposed to have those features...he didnt rip anything or anybody...thats just the way the monster is...thats the way h.p. lovecraft describes him on the novels :)

uhmm...the thing that you called weird name was a creature from Novels by h.p. lovecraft "Call of Cthulhu" and Cthulhu name also appear on Metalica Song "Call of Khulu". didn't much take inspiration from Davy Jones by the way, couse his entity from underseas/pirate myth.
