I wish this the would be stronger, because I love the idea of a bird and "arise and awaken".

Hey Tim, I can see what you mean with the "stronger" aspect in a way I think. The design wasn't meant to be too over the top though. I really wanted a super simplistic design that was nicely textured and pretty low key for whoever was wearing it. The "Arise & Awaken" theme will definitely be making a frequent appearance though. So something more over the top will be there eventually. Thanks for the crit man!

Hopefully thats a good thing :)

Would look better if the fonts for the words and the ampersand were the same. Or at least had the same or a heavier weight. It feels weird having such a thin font compared to how solid the bird is. Also not really feeling how you filled in the As and the R. It seems out of place. I like the idea, I just feel that it could have been executed better.

Filled counters ruins type, esp with a face that is so thin. Never understood why people did it. Looks way forced, and has no meaning whatsoever.

Thanks Tim! We got the tees in stock about a day after I posted this design - I really liked the way it turned out and it achieved what I wanted :)
