Your lighting is really inconsistent. Just pick a light source and stick to it. Getting better though.

It's not just that. For instance, you've highlighted the bottom of her cheeks and the top of her brow. The inside of some snakes, but the outer side of others. See what I mean?

I think it would be great if you spent more time on it, correct your light like joshua said, and I'm not really a fan of the type.
