i know breaks are important, but I'm sure it's like this with most people here
once I start something, I hate stopping, I just want to get it done. I hate interruptions

I will take that advice to the heart
I need someone like you to tell me ever hour to take a break and stetch my hands

today was better than most though, sometimes I forget to eat, forget to sleep...

what kind of stetches..and yeah it just isn't my hands either...
i find myself without knowing it, getting my body all tangled in weird postions while working
so weird that i got to bed with my back, shoulders and knees in pain

who woulda thought being at a computer for so long could be so stressful to the body

probably a good idea, i used to work on an art desk way back in the day, one of those that you can angle and such...it was too freakin high..then i got a real desk and loved it
but now I'm working on the kitchen table (in between moving) and it really sucks
