I have changed the levels in photoshop, export it to illustrator but the result of the live trace is poor.

    I would probably just re-draw it in illustrator.

    Yeah, just trace over it... there's way to much texture there to do an easy vector trace

    I have a digital tablet, where I must do the re-draw, photoshop, flash... It's able to do it by hand drawing in Illustrator?

    You could try and vectorize it in flash. I use that some times to vectorize stuff.

    pen tool in illustrator is ok

    I've finish the design, it's named pandemia. Thanks for the advice, I did it in flash with the digital tablet.

    is that done in pencil?? I highly recommend you just clean up the drawing and go over it in ink, then retry
