I only post this article because I didn't see it here and thought it's an appropriate topic.

Artist used walking dead zombies and zombie cos players as reference, or tracing, depending on your view. The commenters are in an uproar mostly, what do you guys think?

    Pretty silly using a well know zombie series as ref for a zombie game artwork. Unless they have permission of course.

    They're blatant rips. Stealing artwork is only the beginning of the problems for that game though.

    WarZ is getting torn to shreds on cutting corners on every part of their game. They're also getting reemed for over promising what the game can actually do. Doesn't surprise me that they would do something like this with the art as well.
