Utterly heart broken. Hearing about this yesterday was a serious blow. Kory is such a great dude and such an amazing artist. I know his artwork has inspired many within the tee design community. Dude always blew my mind with his insane level of artistic ability. We always had a blast working together and he is most definitely one of my fav artists. Hoping and praying that Kory will be able to fight this and hang in there.

Been wearing my SKUMMIE tees since yesterday and will continue to do so. Sending you all my positive energy (AND TURTLE POWER!) duder.

it was so difficult to read the status when i did, terrible news and it breaks my heart there is nothing i can do. Skummie if you need anything the community here is with you. fight as hard as you can.

Wow, Kory... I had no idea you were dealing with MD. The internet is a strange thing sometimes. I can't pretend to have any idea what you must be going through, but I assure you I can't stop thinking about it and take your advice "Live your life cause you only have one" to heart. I've been following you since the Emptees days and have spent countless hours pouring over your progress sketches and looking at every detail. You make it look so easy and that my friend is the true sign of an artist. Thanks for all your inspiration to me and this community.

Skummie is one of the original emptees guys who made me feel very welcome. Stay strong buddy and I am so sorry to hear about your health problems. Fuck man! This made me very sad.

That would be awesome.

I've talked to the Skummster a little bit and I gotta say....that is one brave dude. So sick of seeing bad things happening to the best of people. Really does tear your heart out to think of what he and his family must be feeling.

I think anything we can do as a community to lift Kory's spirits would be a great thing.

Like others, I had no idea until yesterday. I'm not that active here, but I've been around since the Emptees days and have always been inspired by Skummie's work. You probably don't remember this, but you sent me a bunch of free stickers a few years back when I was a total newcomer. I was pumped and still have them. I can't imagine what you're experiencing, but my thoughts and prayers are with you.
