Hey guys, I am trying to learn how to code websites, and I'm pretty amateur at it. I was wondering if you guys that code websites know of any books / resources / websites that you used to sort of get your feet wet. Any and all help is much appreciated & means a lot. Interested in doing stores & read websites (like blogs).

It's a beautiful book with great typography and graphics, but if you really want to get your hands gritty (for free) you should check out http://www.codecademy.com. They have everything you'll need on HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
