What font is similar to this?

Based on the C's I'd say it's hand drawn, but I know I've seen a font similar to this before. Tried whatthefont.com, didn't get anything. I know it's kind of a weird request, seeing as it's from the Powerpuff girls, but any help is appreciated.

I'm going through the rest of their fonts, Fink Condensed looks really close too

ah, that was what i was looking for but couldn't find it based on the thumbnails, i knew they had something closer.
