Hey guys ... Im new to this page but looks like it has a lot of potential to get work for design artists out there.
Can someone explain to me how I go about looking through peoples works or approaching designers on here for work?

I will be running a merch company doing online sales so would be good to have some people to work with.

Check out the works on the Tees section, Find an artist and style you like and contact the artist.

Yeah! You can look through the tees section, designers section, OR you can make a thread about looking for work (make sure to include your price range, what type of work your looking for etc...) Oh and make sure you get an avatar as well, it makes you look more serious about looking for some work done.. :)
