We are a new community and we accept designs from all over the world. Design standards in different places may be different as well as designers and artists from around the world may have varying levels of designs experience/skill. You are all welcome to submit your own designs, especially if you believe you are more capable at design.

So if your design was a winner, then you would get 15 cents per shirt if you sold 100 shirts.. 100 shirts sold means the designer would get 15 US dollars to hand over all rights to their artwork?

Anyway, I agree with Cole's choice.
