    Pretty crappy that you have to be signed in to the server to even play the single player mode.

    This Kotaku article pretty much sums up my feelings on "Always Online" games:

    You pay for a game yet don't really own it. Sucky.

    That being said, I'll still buy it at some point. Hahaha.

    No, if you have friends on your friend list you can just add them to a game. Or jump straight into theirs.
    Public is if you're just wanting faceless randoms in your game.

    Is anyone else having incredible lag problems with their imac? I have 12gbs of ram, a 3.06 ghz processor, nvidia geforce 9400, and the highest resolution i can play without lag is 800x600.

    Something sounds wrong there. I've ran it on my '10 iMac at 4gbs of ram at near max settings 1920x1200

    this might sound silly, but did you let the launcher install all the way or did you start playing when it got to 60%
    it doesn't continue downloading while you are playing so it was a little choppy for me till i downloaded it 100%

    it doesn't continue downloading while you are playing so it was a little choppy for me till i downloaded it 100%

    I downloaded it along time ago. It's perfectly installed. I just have no idea what the hell is the problem. I have way more ram than i need, my graphics card is not shitty, It's just frustrating...no one knows what's going on with it

    Thanks, yeah I was reading some forums. Seems like almost every Mac user is having serious issues. Hopefully a fix comes soon.

    I run it on a Mac and haven't had 1 issue.
    My install and gameplay has been a lot smoother than my friend who runs it on a PC.

    I think it's down to that graphics card from what I read.

    Hope they sort it soon for you tho.
