    Really trying to work on some tattoo flash.. A buddy of mine is going to let me apprentice at his shop, so I wanted to work on some things for a couple mos to get ready!

    Ha. Joke was lame but that type up there is great.

    I've been trying to learn more in Illustrator, so I've been drawing Archer characters. The linework is pretty much just tracing at the moment but I've learned a lot. I'm going to start trying to draw real people in Archer-style next.

    Usually the hand has to be at a sharper angle to have the whole pinky missing. There's most likely always some bit of it or a knuckle showing. You can always try to mimic the angle with your own fist and see just how much you'd need too

    Thanks! Mouse, pen tool + width tool. All the linework are strokes, stuff like the eyebrows and shading are filled paths.

    Those are pretty bad tbh, I'd suggest practicing a whole lot more and working on your drawing skills before you even attempt to pick up a tattoo machine. Your lines are all over the place even with a marker, they'll be a mess with a vibrating machine in your hand.
