Question about design software
Posted January 2nd, 2012 by iDSGB
Whats up guys!
I got a Best Buy gift card for Christmas and decided to get a Bamboo Create. Im a ok sketcher but Im trying to take it to the next level. The tablet came with Corel Painter its ok but I really like the Sketchbook Express which I download for free in the app store. Sketchbook feels more natural but its missing a lot of the tools that Corel has unless you upgrade to the Pro version. So before I pull the trigger on Pro (gotta save up first), whats the best option or what software do you guys use for t-shirts designs? Also, can you use Sketchbook Pro for final designs for T- Shirts, because I did research and heard a lot about Illustrator.
Thanks!

Photoshop (raster based drawing and image manipulation software)
Illustrator (vector based design software)
Manga Studio (akin to photoshop but refined in the tool set for drawing)
