it was rejected cause its just not a very good drawing, the rendering of the figure is really sketchy, but not in a deliberately stylistic manner. keep learning.

What exactly is your style?? I think you need to work on your anatomy for sure... Right now it kinda looks like the clothing was filled with cottage cheese, not really and signs of a human form inside there, even if it is supposed to be empty clothing. Perspective is a little off on your top part of the question mark, maybe just take a little more time overall to consider the perspectives of everything in your drawings, especially body parts.
I realize this is just an idea at this point, but I am not sure what you submitted as a shirt, but if you just uploaded this drawing on a shirt, I can see why it was rejected. Maybe just take more time to hone your drawing skills and you will get there.
If you aren't sure if you should upload it post it in the critiques thread. That being said, I'm not totally sure what I'm looking at, is it an owl? is it supposed to be anything or is it just a design?
@CchewW you need a lot more practice, the lines are messy like you just auto traced a bad sketch. If you want to draw comic style characters get a few books on it and draw the basics over an over - eyes, nose mouth. Once you can draw well then you need to find a technique to scan and draw them digitally (vector? tablet? Photoshop?).
some traditional stuff in progress. super refreshing for me.
see where you have that dense black in the skulls eye sockets? bring some of that heavy black into the rest of the piece, it will make it much more visually interesting. good stuff.
