new miles to go offshoot - old souls
Posted December 18th, 2011 by miles to go
hey everyone.
so, i have been working on a new project for some time now and will hopefully get the first round of products dropped in the miles to go spring line. from that point on, it will be its own company and webstore, etc
as some of us that have been doing this for a while have wanted to branch out into cut and sew, i too was on that page but mine is a bit different. old souls will be all upscale, high end menswear like button downs, ties and as we move forward, blazers, jackets, jeans, etc. fabrics being used are all high quality on par with a designer label found in neiman marcus, nordstrom, etc, not like h&m or a cheaply made garment.
i just created a new Facebook page and as we go through the process i will be posting sketches, and images from the manufacturing, etc. i just got back from LA to get down the cuts, etc and do sourcing. All will be made in LA as well.
the vibe will still focus on classic looks updated for modern times but keeping the same aesthetic you guys have come to know from miles to go but just minus the heavy graphic elements. it will focus more on minimalistic, clean, well constructed products.
