So why didn't they just say they were having a huge problem getting orders out and were working on a new site/improved shipping instead of just leaving everyone in the dark, deleting all of the "where's my order" comments off their facebook and making thousands of customers pissed off???

Just makes them look even shadier. Making people wait 2-3 months for an order is just insane. What a weird way to do business. No idea how they have so many loyal fans with that kind of customer service. I personally pack and ship all of my order as well, so I know how overwhelming it can be. But if they really have that much money coming in, surely they could have found a solution for order fulfillment faster than that.

And I see so many people defending the long wait by saying - "Their prices are so cheap that you really can't complain." That's nuts. A low price is no excuse for terrible customer service. The old saying still applies - You get what you pay for.

The fact that they didn't and haven't posted themselves to explain and apologise is the biggest issue with this, you can't just leave customers in the dark. I'm not altogether sure they were ever deleting comments as if you look there is a ton of them on the wall! But yeah on the whole I do agree.

I totally agree. When I ship product if I don't get it out within 2-3 days I feel terrible and make sure I e-mail the customer and make sure they're cool with it, and if not, I try to offer some sort of extra to make up for it.

But I don't know the details, so I'll leave it at that.

I ordered a 3/4 sleeve tee because I really dig those and they had a sale code (big surprise right?)
and it took about 2 weeks. Not bad the print was a little rough ( I guess Threadbird doesn't print Arkaik's clothing? ) but I can't complain.

My brother ordered 3 shirts from them and they keep telling him that they will ship them out and its been a little over a month. That's fucking nuts! It should never take that long.

This doesn't have anything to do with the post but Kyle if you do some baseball tees or 3/4 sleeve tees I will buy them up majorly! Just saying! :)

I don't understand their whole employee situation. It seems like there's easily 30+ people working for them. Do they get paid like an actual job or are they just volunteers or something?

The biggest pet peeve I've always had is Jordan likes to make things out to seem a lot more righteous and difficult then they really are. He tries to use too many business key words to try and sound like he's actually doing something complicated. "will be at the office for the next 24-48 hours finishing the new shipping system" really?... If I see another damn post about spending "x amount of hours" working, I'm reporting the page. It's a given there's going to be long hours receiving that amount of volume. /endrant
