Need Tips and Advice

Guys i need advice from freelance artist, i started freelancing about 3 months ago. My problem is that i am not satisfied with my works. For 3 months i only finished 4 out of so many ideas i got. Is any way i can organize or a proper way to do it right? I tried google for tips and advice, but doesn't work.

so your average turnaround time is 23 days per idea? set your deadlines tighter.

Yeah, 22 days is much more accepted around here

Im planning for 7days per idea. My problem is every time im in a point of finishing my idea, i get discouraged and tempted to waist my time surfing or chating on the net.

As much as possible i stay away from the computer unless i want to draw. before i start a new artwork, i start sketching for a day or two. when the idea is fixed in my head i start working on the computer.
