this is pretty foul.

regan smith clarke did some work for make believe, and some faux hip hop brand (see:white kids not old enough to legally drink who say "swag" a whole bunch) decided to rip him off.

i suggest reporting them to facebook for copyright infringement or call co-owner geoff garber at (phone number listed on domain's WHOis lookup) and ask how he sleeps at night ripping off honest artists.

i normally don't get this worked up over stuff, but they responded to a few people on twitter with a response (which they swiftly deleted) that said something along the lines of "we wouldn't rip ya'll off, get back at us when you have more followers"

I love RSC and MB, but I feel you would only be compounding the issue by retweeting their twitter link. To be honest, I sometimes follow twitter like blindly. I RT'd it anyway.

the MM logo of theirs most likely... but that design that looks like RSC's .. the earliest photo I saw on their FB page of that design was NOV 2010... less than a year ago.. but I dunno

yeah, its no doubt a rip. the 'MM' may be original, but the rest ain't. and for a clothing line, they really lack any sort of variety. that rolls royce logo rip is corny as hell.

Danny from YASLY actually designed this for the clothing line back in July 2010. We had only made stickers of it at first but recently did the full design as a tee : http://makebelieveclothingco.com/shop/9-2011_Collection/8-Mens/15-Shirts/29-Brotherhood_of_Dreamers

It says on the MM facebook that they've been around since 2006. Its a possibility that the MM logo has been around for 2.5 years.. This specific design seems to be a little too close for comfort though.
