A and D printing, I got some tee's printed and wasn't so happy though.
Seriously go to threadbird and pay the shipping fee, its worth it! Or spend ages learning how to screen print good like I'm doing haha.

The australian ones are either too expensive or just not interested (one I tried to get a sizable quote twice, no reply). I'd love to know of a good one as well

A lot of Aussie brands tend to print with UK printers as it is cheaper.
