Really quick question i know how you guys love these threads so much but before i fuck up on ordering whats a good thickness for a hangtag and a business card?
What im looking at now is 350 gsm but i dont really have anytihng to compare it to.. is that good enough or to thin?

    I screenprint my own business cards on nice illustration board, a lot of people like it because it's the perfect thickness and it shows off our printing skill for our shop.

    350gsm is fine. that or 400gsm, just depends on the stock you're using. more important is the actual stock you're using- mostly for the feel of the stock**, but also different stocks are different thicknesses at the same gsm.

    ** go for a speciality stock, the texture of the card is paramount, most people just get their cards printed on a generic coated stock - not cool. I'd suggest a cool uncoated that has some personality. remember though that PMS colours reproduce differently on coated or uncoated.
