Craig Robson Tattoo
Posted June 22nd, 2010 by Evanimal
SO I was tired of having my own work on my body, stuff I look at a year later and go mannnn I am so much better now.
So I went and paid Mr. Robson to do a piece for me, my family crest, to go down the back of my tricep to finish out the top half of a sleeve in progress. Check it out, serious upgrade from the original. I'm gonna have my tat artist work out the text bc he's a sick type guy.

But now that I know so many good artists, and we've all gotten to the point of being able to produce this quality of work, I like the idea of getting it done. Kind of an homage to the small fraternity that we all belong to. Plus I can look at this in years and not be pissed that it could be better, like if it were mine.

Tattoos fade, thats what touchups are for. The artist probably won't do the black feathering and just make it a smooth black gradient.
ps: henks old school, seems to do his lines with fat needles, which will blur over time. Smaller needle groupings and built up lines will stay sharp!
