It's a t-shirt design competition bringing together artists and designers from around the world. While the concept of a t-shirt design contest and community is not new, RTW shirts is approaching by basing itself in China with the aim of showcasing local Chinese talent as well as helping artists from outside of China or Asia to increase their reach and exposure.
