I need a designer to work on a clothing company I need to get launched as quickly as possible, I have a printer on board that has got me on a pretty tight schedule (Go figure the printer has ME on a tight schedule). I need to get the logo designed and perfected, I have 12 tee designs and two hoodie designs in mind that I need designed. I also need some gfx for my website which is almost 100%. I am looking to pay 200 for a flawless logo and 100 per design there after for a total of 15 (with two sticker designs) projects with the potential for more.

This sounds ridiculous but, this line will have an extreme amount of exposure within the first 24 hours the designer MUST be confident in there skills and able to work with someone who is demanding (but always respectful) and artistically challenged. Your job would not only be to hammer out these designs but, also turn my thoughts into a design.

Potential for full time employment once the line is 20-25 strong and sales are agreeable. Additionally as the brand grows and my demand for more "graphic" graphic designs becomes high I will be paying significantly more per design.
